  • "Direct Link" refers to the shareable links created by users on our platform.

  • Misuse Direct Links or engage in spam.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems.
  • Use automated bots or scraping tools without permission.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Flare B2B owns all rights to the platform, branding, and content.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
  • Any content you submit (such as Direct Links) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it.

7. Payments & Refunds

All payments for Flare B2B services are processed via Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you agree to their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

  • Payments are final unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.
  • If you experience billing issues, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued per our Refund Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

Flare B2B integrates with Supabase, Clerk, Vercel, Next.js, React, and Lemon Squeezy for payments. Each service has its own terms and policies that users must adhere to.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

  • Flare B2B is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or accuracy.
  • We are not liable for any data loss, security breaches, or third-party actions.
  • Payments are securely handled by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store payment details.
